GM, Credit & Loan Ops — Launch & Scale Fintech

CREDEZO FINANCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is searching for a driven General Manager to launch their lending business, focusing on operational infrastructure and borrower engagement. The successful candidate will lead the establishment of SOPs, credit assessment processes, and manage external relationships, including borrowers and brokers.

This key role requires excellent experience in credit underwriting, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work autonomously in an early-stage environment.

Attractive compensation includes a base salary of up to S$6,000 per month with performance incentives.
