•Overall 15+ years -Should have lead data management projects/programs for at least 8+ years •Skills: data governance, data quality, ETLs, data on cloud, data architecture, data engineering knowledge, Good Enterprise data Management background
•Should have managed 75+ team size
•Leadership of large team handling experience is a MUST
•Data Skills - Informatica ETL, Oracle Database, Data Lake/Data Warehouse, SQL, Azure/OCI data cloud Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for leading a large team of data professionals to deliver data projects across data lifecycle.
•Will be leading and mentoring team leads/managers
•Will work closely with India data practice head and also interface with US Data leaders on strategy, execution aspects.
•Ability to hire/mentor/motivate teams •Operational management of the span of control
