GM Operations

General Manager Operations & Maintenance is responsible for strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all operational and maintenance functions for One Network's deployed systems. This role ensures 24/7 service delivery, operational excellence, resource optimization, and adherence to standards across technology and infrastructure domains, including ITS, OFC networks, data centres, power, field services, and project support teams. GM O&M provides leadership, governance, and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable systems, meet SLAs, and support organizational growth.

1. Strategic Operational Leadership
Lead and manage the end-to-end operations & maintenance function for all deployed solutions (smart tolling, ITS, OFC & connectivity networks, server operations, power infrastructure).
Develop and implement O&M strategies, policies, KPIs, and SOPs aligned with organizational goals.
