GM-Plumbing and Firefighting Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GM – Plumbing & Firefighting Design to lead the design, planning, coordination, and execution support of plumbing and firefighting systems across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient, code-compliant, sustainable, and cost-effective MEP designs while coordinating with consultants, architects, project teams, and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Design Management

• Lead the design and development of plumbing, water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, storm water, rainwater harvesting, and firefighting systems for real estate projects.
• Review and approve design drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documents prepared by consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable NBC, IS Codes, local authority regulations, and fire department requirements.
