The purpose of the GM – Sector Engagement and Capability role is responsible for strengthening and advancing the capability, sustainability, and alignment of the golf sector across New Zealand. This role builds and maintains trusted relationships with District Associations, clubs, facilities, and key national and regional stakeholders to ensure the sector is responsive to emerging needs, trends, and strategic priorities. It champions the value of golf by fostering partnerships with government, tourism, and industry bodies, supporting advocacy efforts and contributing to the growth of domestic and international golf participation and tourism.
