**_Seeking a GME Program Director to lead the future Anesthesia residency program at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital​!_**

**Responsibilities:**
Candidates will participate in developing the curriculum, maintaining didactics, serving as a role model and mentor to our Anesthesiology residents, and assisting with administrative duties to include resident recruitment and involvement in clinical competency and program evaluation committees. In addition, taking initiative in quality improvement projects as well as research and scholarly activities.

**Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights:**

+ The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years post-residency experience, 2 years of Core Faculty/GME teaching experience and evidence of ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications.
