GMP Admin Assistant

Requirements:

• Preferably SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any equivalent field of study;
• Minimum 1 year working experience in production operations preferably in GMP environment or pharmaceutical field;
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and PIC/S guidelines;
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 etc. will have an added advantage;
• Good communication (verbally and writing) in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
• Willing to travel to Kapar, Klang and Nilai - when needed;
• Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

• With the Head of Production to ensure compliance, enhancements, continual improvement and integration with the companies on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and PIC/S guidelines, ISO 9001/ ISO 45001/ GMP+/ ISO 22000 Management system.
• Responsible for documentations - IQOHS, maintenance, issuance, recording and documentation of reports related to GMP department.
