GNC Engineer (Guidance, Navigation and Control)

Responsibilities

• Work on developing Canada's first orbital class launch vehicle, including scoping, research, design, and prototyping of the Hadfield Engine's thrust vector control (TVC) and general GNC systems, with an emphasis on rapid iteration and testing while maintaining safety.


• Build the foundations for NordSpace's GNC division in the first year and participate in recruiting additional engineers.


• Collaborate across teams and contribute to project goals and safety analyses.
