GNOC Engineer

The Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) Engineer is a critical role responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience through the proactive maintenance of products and services, vigilant alert and incident handling, and diligent routine service checks. The primary goal is to ensure maximum network stability, efficiency, and uptime, minimizing the impact of incidents on business operations and end-users.

Key Result Areas:

• Product and service operations, including 24/7 monitoring, alert handling, service implementation and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with internal and external teams as shared owners of the infrastructure. This includes understanding the service and providing recommendations on service performance, reliability, and resiliency.
