Profile Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 2+ years delivering production Go (Golang) microservices with enterprise clients
• Strong AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, KMS, VPC).
• Observability and reliability instincts.
• Test-first discipline: unit, contract, and integration tests as first-class deliverables – not retrofitted.
• Hands-on daily use of AI-native engineering tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor – with concrete examples of ...
