Job Description:

To manage client onboarding, fulfill service delivery using GoHighLevel (websites, automations, pipelines), and ensure clients achieve success within the first week of onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients after demo closes (collect business info, logos, domains, etc.).
• Setup client accounts in GoHighLevel (automations, triggers, chat widget, review system).
• Build or customize websites using templates.
• Connect client calendars, GMB, and integrations.
• Manage client communication during onboarding.
• Monitor performance dashboards and ensure automations run smoothly.
• Maintain documentation of each account setup.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
