Go to Market Enablement Manager

This role is responsible for coordinating and strengthening the full suite of enablement capabilities that support Distribution- spanning RFP/DDQ delivery, presentations, and market & client analytics. By integrating these functions under one manager, the role ensures consistency, efficiency and client-centric outputs that reflect the M&G Proposition and enable a unified voice to market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead three interrelated teams (RFP/DDQ, Presentations, Market & Client Analytics); set priorities, ways of working and standards. You will have three team leaders reporting into you.

• Partner closely with Distribution and Marketing to ensure all external‑facing content and insights reinforce the M&G proposition and GTM strategy.
• Champion systems‑and process‑led ways of working, leveraging a strong understanding of data, workflow design and governance to drive efficiency and scalability across enablement teams
