Go to market enablement manager

This role is responsible for coordinating and strengthening the full suite of enablement capabilities that support Distribution- spanning RFP/DDQ delivery, presentations, and market & client analytics. By integrating these functions under one manager, the role ensures consistency, efficiency and client-centric outputs that reflect the M&G Proposition and enable a unified voice to market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead three interrelated teams (RFP/DDQ, Presentations, Market & Client Analytics); set priorities, ways of working and standards. You will have three team leaders reporting into you.

Partner closely with Distribution and Marketing to ensure all external‑facing content and insights reinforce the M&G proposition and GTM strategy.
