The Company We are working with a global consulting firm supporting a reputable Insurance company and are looking for an experienced Operations SME to join an ongoing project. This is a hands-on operational role, not a BA or transformation position and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time. This is a 6 months contract. The Role Act as the operational knowledge owner, providing Singapore life insurance expertise to BA and IT delivery teams. Translate new product features into operational and system requirements, bridging the gap between what a product does and how it needs to work on the ops side. Work within in-house proprietary systems (onboarding support will be provided). Review task plans and results to maintain delivery quality across the team.
