Independent Living Program 2 Casual Positions from June 22, 2026 to July 24, 2026 Mississauga Site Hours: M-F 8:30-4:30 except during ILP where hours will vary Work Arrangement: Community/Onsite New Position Compensation Range:  $17.60/hour   Position Summary: You will work 37.5 hours per week in the role of Goal Support Worker supporting the Independent Living Program (ILP).  In this position, you will be a peer mentor to youth with disabilities who are developing independent living skills.

You will assist participants to problem solve, develop strategies and help them achieve their own personal goals for independent living.  In addition, you will also provide some administrative support for summer programs and assist the ILP Coordinator when needed.
