Full-time AND Part-time GHL Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Clean up and maintain the CRM database (tags, pipelines, workflows) in GHL
Assist with email campaigns, automations, and follow-up sequences in GHL
Organize and update contacts for accuracy and segmentation in GHL
Build and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets to track campaigns, leads, and performance metrics
Assist with reporting and basic data analysis in Excel and Google Sheets
Organize email inboxes, clean up old messages, and maintain folders
Manage email contact lists and ensure database consistency across platforms
Create basic Canva designs for social media posts, email headers, and simple marketing collateral
Edit and repurpose existing templates in Canva for quick turnaround
