Job Summary

We’re seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to design, optimize, and automate workflows, funnels, and client onboarding processes for our web/funnel design agency. You’ll leverage the HighLevel platform to build scalable templates, implement advanced automations, and streamline operations ensuring seamless client experiences and data‑driven efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Design: Architect and deploy HighLevel systems for client onboarding, service delivery, and internal operations.
• Template & Funnel Development: Create visually appealing, conversion‑optimized GHL templates and funnels.
• Automation & Integration: Build no‑code automations and connect third‑party tools (CRM, email, SMS, etc.).
• Process Optimization: Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Train staff and document processes for scalable HighLevel usage.
