GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with intermediate GoHighLevel (GHL) skills and strong AI knowledge. This part-time role (approx. 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday) involves supporting daily operations, social media, design, Shopify tasks, and basic video editing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage GoHighLevel campaigns and tasks
• Create designs and content using Canva
• Assist with social media management
• Handle Shopify product listings and updates
• Support video creation and editing
• Work efficiently with AI tools for content, designs, and product visuals
• Manage spreadsheets, Excel, and general admin tasks
• Respond quickly and handle urgent matters

Requirements:

• Intermediate experience with GoHighLevel
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and prompting
• Experience with Canva, HeyGen, Shopify
• Multitasking and strong communication skills
