Your Experience and Skills
You have excellent Golang coding skills
You are known for writing maintainable, well tested, performant and secure code
You have a great understanding of the different database types (NoSQL, SQL, Key-Value, …) and are able to write maintainable and optimized queries 
You have an excellent understanding of data structures, design and architecture patterns and have experience implementing them
You are excellent at translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
You have experience taking architectural and design decisions
You have experience leading a team of engineers, helping them to get better in their craft
You understand the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) and application lifecycle
