We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Tech Lead

to lead the technology and engineering initiatives for our

Loan Management System (LMS)

Pod. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, system design, scalable architecture, and team leadership, along with experience building products in the fintech/lending domain. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, designing scalable systems, and leading a team to build robust, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for the Loan Management System.
Drive architecture decisions and design robust backend systems for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment workflows.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Risk, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
