Job Description

                    Monitor turf and overall course conditions to
ensure high quality standards for major events, and manage any emergency
situations as required.
Develop and implement new cultural practices,
ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations related to turf and
golf course maintenance.
Report golf course maintenance updates and
operational challenges to management in a timely manner and seek necessary
support.
Develop long -term operational plans for the
department, assign tasks to assistants and mechanics, and monitor progress to
ensure effective execution and completion.
Conduct monthly training sessions focused on
key issues and corrective methods, and follow up on implementation, execution,
and results.
Prepare the department's annual budget for Club
