Purpose

To operate the Starters Office as first point of contact, organise members and visitors, and provide a positive experience through high level customer service.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Open and close the clubhouse, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
• Set up the Starters Office for daily operations, ensuring all systems and resources are ready.
• Manage incoming communication directed to the Starters Office, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of retail and operational products.
• Keep the office and surrounding areas clean, organised, and welcoming.

Financial Management

• Handle daily cash transactions and complete end-of-day cash reconciliation accurately.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Starters Office at all times.
