Work Hours: 5 days work week, 8.30am-6pm (Operational Shift )

They are looking for a dynamic and hands‑on Golf Operations Manager to oversee daily golf course operations, ensuring seamless execution, operational excellence, and outstanding service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day‑to‑day golf operations, including management of the golf operations system, buggy fleet control, procurement matters, and tender exercises as assigned.
• Address and resolve members’ feedback and complaints relating to golf operations through various communication channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.). Investigate incidents such as dangerous play, mediate where necessary, and prepare reports for escalation when required.
