    Supplier Capability Raising-up
    Supplier sustainability
    Supplier VAVE

  • Category Strategy Aligned & clear category strategy
    Biz driven & qualified supplier base
    Communicate with global category team on supplier development strategy

  • Project support Early involvement to win biz(design optimization/suitable process phase in/supplier innovation)
    High quality & High efficiency team-work on Technical review
    Lead the escalation from APQP/Mass production
