This is a full-time, onsite position suited for high school graduates, SHS or ALS completers, college undergraduates, fresh graduates, and career shifters. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries and support requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through assigned channels (voice or non-voice)
• Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, or account concerns
• Handle complaints or issues while maintaining professionalism
• Document each interaction in the system accurately
• Comply with company protocols and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
