to scale our DTC home & garden campaigns profitably and predictably.

The Role

You'll own our Google Ads acquisition funnel end-to-end — from strategy and structure to creative testing and daily optimization. Your scoreboard is simple: profitable growth.

This is a remote, full-time role for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and understands the nuances of selling premium, design-driven products online.
