Google Ads + SEO Lead — Premium Travel Brand

Cielo.Travel is building a premium travel business in Colombia for international travelers. We help people plan, book, and enjoy high-quality experiences—plus we operate premium airport and city transfers. We move fast, we care about quality, and we measure results.
We're hiring someone who can own Google Ads and SEO end-to-end and drive real outcomes: high-quality leads and bookings, not random traffic.
English Requirement (Non-negotiable)
English is critical for this role. You will work with English-speaking travelers, write and review English ad copy and SEO pages, and communicate in English internally.
All CVs must be submitted in English to be considered.
Applications with CVs in Spanish will not move forward.
(Spanish is also important, but English is the priority.)
What You'll Own
1) Google Ads (Search-focused)
Build and improve campaigns aimed at people ready to book (not informational searches).
