In this role, you will evaluate organizational performance, participate in Board meetings, and ensure that our mission aligns with the community's needs. A strong background in finance, governance, and human resources will set you apart as you contribute to a diverse Board focused on military well-being.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and monitor the strategic plan's progress • Engage in monthly Board and committee meetings • Approve the annual budget and monitor finances • Oversee governance policies and bylaws • Evaluate and guide the Executive Director’s performance
