Governance Manager

Job Summary

Being the Governance Manager, you'll be a key member of the local management team, supporting quality governance, patient safety, audit and risk across a defined number of services in Bristol and North Somerset. You will play a vital role in embedding a positive governance culture, ensuring services meet CQC standards, and driving continuous improvement through effective use of data, audits, and learning from incidents, complaints and feedback. This role involves regular travel across sites and will be full time on site at our Aztec West clinic, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week, Monday - Friday.
