II. POSITION PURPOSE

The GRC Unit Head leads the organization’s governance oversight, risk management, and compliance monitoring for both BAC Enterprise and BACFI Foundation , under the Office of the CFO.

The role focuses on:

• reviewing processes and internal controls,
• identifying and monitoring risks,
• ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and donor/PCNC standards, and
• promoting a culture of accountability and ethical stewardship.
