Government Affairs, Licensing & Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Government Affairs, Licensing & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory licensing activities, ensure ongoing compliance, and build strong relationships with key government stakeholders. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth while safeguarding operational compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of business licenses and permits, including OSS-RBA, NIB, KKPR, Environmental Permits, IUI, IUKI, and related approvals.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing obligations.
• Monitor permit validity, renewal schedules, reporting requirements, and compliance status.
• Build and maintain relationships with ministries, government agencies, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
