Government Compliance and Cost Accounting Manager

**The person holding this position will perform various tasks including regulatory review and interpretation of current and proposed contracts clauses, preparation of the Annual Indirect Cost submission, Forward Pricing Rate Proposal, review of transactional data for allowability and allocability, labor compliance reviews and federal training. This person will be expected to provide professional-level guidance on government regulations, such as Truth in Negotiation Act (TINA), Certified Cost or Pricing Data, FAR, CAS, Internal Company Policies, and other Federal Agency requirements.**

**The ideal candidate should have a background in federal contract management, cost allowability, cost pricing for awards with substantial subcontractor participation, experience in supporting pricing and or estimating business systems and Incurred Cost Submissions. They should also have some knowledge of CAS Indirect Rates.**
