Position: Government Compliance & Proposal Specialist

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Government Compliance & Proposal Specialist to support our growing government contracting operations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement processes and experience managing proposal submissions, compliance documentation, and vendor registrations across multiple government platforms.

Government Contract & Compliance Management

• Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local procurement regulations and requirements
• Review solicitation requirements and develop compliance checklists
• Manage certifications, licenses, and renewals (SAM, SBA, state/local certifications, etc.)
