This position operates within the framework of enhancing service excellence, leveraging technology, and optimizing processes to ensure exceptional client experiences. The ADM is also responsible for overseeing service delivery strategies related to Motor Vehicle services, ensuring adherence to safety standards, legislation, and service quality initiatives.
