Job Description

· Purpose of the Role

· SmartStart is
looking for a self -motivated and driven person who will fulfil the role of
being a mentor to our early learning practitioners (Our SmartStarters). The
incumbent will inspire and motivate new SmartStarters to start their programmes
and problem solve with them as they operate to make impactful and sustainable
enterprises.

Key
Responsibilities

SmartStart Club Coaches are mentors to our network of
early learning practitioners (SmartStarters) who run their own independent
preschool social enterprises.
