GP Partner – Stockton-on-Tees

A genuinely manageable Partner role with low buy‑in, protected admin time and a well‑structured working day. This is a tight‑knit training practice where workload is actively controlled and Partners are supported to focus on both clinical work and leadership.

Workload & Structure

• Weekly CPD session
• Dedicated daily admin GP handling urgent tasks
• Minimal home visits (largely covered by ST3s/ANPs)
• No evenings or weekends
