GP / Family Physician – Toronto
An established medical centre in Toronto with a varied demographic of all ages and cultures.
At this time, the clinic consists of two family doctors and clinical assistants who help with vitals, vaccines, injections, and other minor procedures. Admin staff help with scheduling and a billing agent that manages rejections.
Currently operating under a CCM model which is fee for service with incentives but there’s an opportunity to form a family health group (FHG) with another doctor joining the team. Open to transitioning the clinic to FHO+ once a sufficient roster for each doctor exists. Plans for the future include also adding specialists to the clinic for in house referrals and convenience for patients.
To be considered for this position you must have MRCGP, MICGP, FRACGP or US Board Certified.
