GPS Program Coordinator

Job Summary

The LFS Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies Program Coordinator works autonomously to deliver exceptional support and service to 12 research-based and 4 professional programs. The position provides advice on complex information regarding admissions, registration, awards, and personal/wellbeing issues as they relate to academics in consultation with graduate advisors and faculty supervisors. In addition to providing program support, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of the Faculty’s teaching assistant positions (including recruitment, appointment and on/offboarding) and graduate student awards/fellowships.

Organizational Status
Reporting to the Manager, Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies, the position takes direction and provides coordination support to the LFS G&PS team. Works closely with the Associate Dean Academic and instructors in the coordination of teaching support. The position liaises with pr...
