Bohemia Store- Grab & Go Lead We have an immediate need for a Grab & Go Lead (Chef level) at our Store's Deli Department. The Grab & Go Lead plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our Grab & Go production program. This position is responsible for managing production lists, supervising a large team, ensuring accurate labeling and compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, bilingual (Spanish/English) leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results Responsibilities Generate and manage daily production lists for all Grab & Go items, including sandwiches, salads, and prepared meals.
