Two Middle School Teachers Required for the 2024/25 School Year DEPARTMENT: MCFN Education REPORTING TO: Director of Education/Principal DURATION: Full-Time, Temporary Employee LOCATION: Fort Chipewyan, AB We are currently seeking two teachers to join our team at the Fort Chipewyan Community High School (2 Middle School Grade 8 and 9 Teacher). The Mikisew Cree Education Authority seeks candidates with high professional standards who are willing to personalize learning to meet the needs of our students. We run a community-based education program that focuses on land-based learning and traditional teachings, while following the Alberta Program of Studies. With employment, candidate will have the opportunity to participate in land-based learning, travel through field trips, postsecondary institution tours and more.
