Graduate Analyst

As a Graduate Analyst at LMAX Group, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal and compliance professionals, gaining valuable insight into the regulatory landscape of financial markets, particularly in FX and cryptocurrency trading.
Key Responsibilities:
AML Monitoring and Reporting:
Complete holistic client reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations including on-going KYC, and transaction monitoring.
Assist in the preparation of AML reports for the MLRO and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:
Assist in monitoring the company's adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and legal standards.
