Graduate Architect/ Assistant Architect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (LAM Part 1) / Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh LAM Part 2 graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to use AutoCad, SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Ability to use Revit, BIM Modelling or BIM Management is added advantage.
• Ability to organise drawings and documentation independently.
• Good communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Reliable time-management and attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
