Graduate Consultant – Creative AV

WSP in the Middle East are looking for a Graduate Consultant – Creative AV to join our growing Specialist Creative, AV & Immersive Technology team within WSP Middle East. The role will focus on supporting the design, development, and delivery of innovative audio‑visual, creative technology, and immersive experience solutions for a diverse range of buildings and destinations across the region.

You will work alongside our multidisciplinary engineering, digital, and experience design experts to help shape next‑generation environments that merge technology, storytelling, space, and user experience.

+ Support the design and integration of creative AV, immersive technologies, and digital media systems in major projects.
+ Assist in concept development, interactive experience prototyping, and technical documentation.
