Graduate Development Program

Overview

ACWA’s Graduate Development Program (GDP) is designed to develop future leaders by providing exposure to projects, operations, and cross-functional teams. Participants will benefit from professional development training, mentoring, and structured learning opportunities to accelerate their career journey at ACWA Power and prepare them for future roles.

Year 1

Year 1 focuses on professional development, preparing graduates for future key roles. Participants attend simulations and classroom-based learning to develop five critical leadership capabilities:
