Graduate Estimator

Currently seeking a Graduate Estimator to work for one of the UK’s leading construction companies who specialise in refurbishment and new build living solutions with extensive experience.

Our client is currently seeking a Graduate Estimator to become part of their team based out of the Clapham office.

Responsibilities

• Building on the quotation database with updates of jobs won, lost or pending.
• Chasing quotation leads and quotes that are going to expire.
• Procurement of materials for secured works and factory requirements.
• Keep server files up to date.
• Working closely with the bid team.
• Preparation of quantities from drawings and specifications.
• Preparation of analytical estimates.
• Contribute to the submission document preparation.
• Attend site visits during tender period.
• Working to strict deadlines.
