Your Role

• Work closely with Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers on diverse corporate matters including capital raising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, structuring, and corporate advisory.
• Deliver high-quality work while being responsive, flexible, and pragmatic to find the best solutions for clients.
• Collaborate within a high-performing Corporate Commercial team on exciting and dynamic corporate matters locally and nationally.
