Role: LIMS Support Analyst – Application support for business applications in a scientific company, serving 600 global users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide Application system support for bespoke LIMS applications
* Maintain knowledge base articles
* Investigate and document defects
* Support incident and problem management
* Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
* Configure lab instrument integrations with LIMS
* Create scheduled tasks for report distribution
* Run user audit reports

Requirements:

* Degree (high grade) in Chemistry, Science or Information Technology
* A keen scientific AND technology interest
* Analytical problem-solving skills
* Strong communication abilities
