The Graduate Management Trainee Program is a 12–18-month fast-track journey designed to develop future leaders in the e-commerce industry. Trainees will rotate across core business functions—Finance, Brand & Growth, and Commercial—working on impactful projects, solving real business challenges, and learning directly from senior leaders in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
