Graduate Nurse Transition Program at AHS

Begin your nursing career confidently through the Alberta Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program. This program is specifically designed for new Registered Nurses to flourish in their roles.
Over 12 months, the program offers a phased approach: enhanced orientation followed by independent practice with ongoing mentor support. RNs will develop their skills with guidance from experienced peers, focusing on providing safe, quality patient care across diverse settings.
