Our graduate program aims to attract, develop and retain talented individuals who want to embark on a challenging career in the financial services industry. At present we recruit graduates from Singapore and we will continue to review the program going forward as we expand our presence in the Asia Pacific region.
All graduates undertake an 18-month structured program, including rotations within their division or function. Each graduate is provided with exposure to customers, including a short placement within a branch.
Graduates are provided with a coach from the Leadership Talent Radar population, to help them transition to working at the company, build networks, improve their influencing skills and develop their career.
